Okay, I didn’t like it either.

Okay, I said I’d leave it until Monday. I’m back to the old design now. I found it difficult to read my own blog! Too bad Typepad won’t let me have this layout with the pink, however.

Again, until Monday.

I think I like the blue much better than the pink. I’ve really enjoyed your blog. Keep up the good work.

Dammit! I was gone for less than a day, and I didn’t even get to see the new/old design.

My own recommendation: get thee to a domain of your own, using WordPress or the last free version of MT, and hire One Fine Jay to design your site. Unless you think the design of my blog sucks, in which case, you probably should hire someone else. [And by sucks,” I mean sucks as a design for my blog, not that it would be (in-)appropriate for yours. He came up with the design after reading my blog thoroughly enough to have a good sense of what it was about. I’m sure any design he proposed for your blog would look quite different.]

Any chance of bringing back the pink for those of us who missed it? Pretty please?!

Perhaps I will alternate pink and blue/green from time to time.

XRLQ — I am thinking about that, more and more; I do like how your blog looks and works. Still, Typepad has been good to me by comparison with Blogger!

I agree that TypePad is good by comparison to Blogger. Movable Type works just like TypePad, being essentially the same program. WordPress is better, as it doesn’t require rebuilds, and uses a fraction of the storage space that HTML-based programs such as Blogger, MT and TypePad require.

I recommend ICDSoft as a host. $5/month for hosting, plus $5/year to register your own domain. Can’t beat that!
