I am very careful, thanks! I've run on your Florida beaches (and on the boardwalk in Miami Beach), and though they are lovely, I need trees and terrain. Ups and downs are what build me.

I am fairly new to running and reading this post kind of scared me. I live in the Florida flatlands and run on the beach mostly, but the idea of falling and dying while running? Terrifying. I hope that you are ok after your spill and I hope that you are more careful in the future. I would hate to see you seriously injured, what male written pro-feminist vegan blog would I read then?
